History of Knowledge Blog

In June 2018, an international group of almost 40 scholars will convene at Princeton University for four days to discuss manuals and handbooks. The organizers are thrilled to have the opportunity to explore a novel field of study, straddling continents and ages, bringing together our field, the history of science/knowledge, with the history of the book and media. “The History of Knowledge” blog aims to start the conversations among our conference participants and visitors, but also with the broader community and especially those who submitted many promising proposals, but could not be included in this conference.
